A\u00ed come\u00e7a o problema, porque estes sistemas n\u00e3o possuem funcionalidades para gerir estes arquivos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Um reposit\u00f3rio centralizado de documentos (GED) \u00e9 voltado para a gest\u00e3o dos arquivos e oferece uma s\u00e9rie de atributos que permitem reaproveitar trabalhos anteriores. <\/strong>Seu algoritmo de busca vasculha os documentos e traz pe\u00e7as de um determinado assunto, por exemplo. Al\u00e9m disso, um GED apresenta filtros que selecionam processos por tipo de a\u00e7\u00e3o, status, senten\u00e7a favor\u00e1vel etc..<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Os sistemas de nuvem agregam mais confus\u00e3o nesta escolha ao confundir compartilhamento com colabora\u00e7\u00e3o.
